  DOMANI东仓建设受中海地产委托,设计位于中国长沙梅溪湖阅溪府项目,与以往销售中心项目不同在于,此空间需承载定位不同的两个产品的销售与展示,并在后期须改造为开放式商业空间,在这其中取得平衡,既无趣又有趣,说点有趣的吧。
  Having been commissioned by China Overseas Land & Investment Limited, DOMANI Architecture Concepts designed thesales center of the Stream View Palace project in Meixi Lake, Changsha, China. The sales center in this project is different fromthose in the previous projects which needs tosale and display two products with different concepts. Moreover, it has to be transformed into an open commercial space at a later stage. It is both boring and interesting to strike a balance, and I would like to share something interesting.

  震撼似乎成了每一个项目入口第一视觉感受的关键词。然而作为善于细分关键词的设计公司,我们更关心“震撼”背后的语境和动机。
  Shock seems to be the key word for the first visual experience of every project’s  entrance. However, as a design company that is good at subdividing keywords, we are more concerned about the context and motivation behind "shock".
  陌生与放大效应均是对震撼的客观解读,前者另辟蹊径后者与众不同,但理性告诉我们这道应用题的解法中,陌生更“节约”。
  Both the unfamiliarity and the amplification effect are objective interpretations of shock. The former tries to find a new path and the latter strives to the uniqueness. Rationally,between the solutions of this application problem, unfamiliarity is more "economical".
  线在物理世界是以边界的形式存在的,而感官世界里线是一种尺度的认知,它的意义不来自于自身,而来自如何被形容。解是线,结亦是线,有是线,无亦是线!千家万户千丝万缕都是线,那就千家线来“点燃”这空间。
  Lines exist as the form of boundaries in the physical world, whilea scale of cognition in the sensory world. Its meaning does not come from itself, but from how it is described. A solution is a line, a knot is also a line; anything can be a line, nothing can also be a line! Thousands of lines embellish this space.

  洽:和睦,协调一致,广博。谈:说话和讨论。
  The Chinese word “QiaTan (negotiation)”is made up of two components: Qia, which means harmony, coordination and knowledgeable;Tan, which meanscommunicating and discussing.
  暖色的目的是温馨,动机是放松警惕。
  The purpose of warm colors is to create a relaxing atmosphere, and the motivation is to relief one's vigilance.
  不舒适的靠背目的是平等,动机是暗示紧迫。
  The purpose of the uncomfortable backrest is to indicate equality, and the motivation is to imply urgency.
  温馨度,放松性,平等化,紧迫感,成为可量化的公式。然而一个没有“意外”的空间是无趣的,而适度的错误如同有bug的游戏,显得更有诚意,“被发现”的惊喜给玩家带来的是优越感和成就感。
  Warmth, relaxation, equalization, and urgency have become quantifiable formulas. However, a space without "accidents" is boring, and a design with moderate mistakes is like a game with bugs which appears to be more sincere. The surprise of "discovering"brings a sense of superiority and accomplishment to the players.
  空间如同一个剧本,商业空间更是一出考核票房的戏,友善且不露声色的与你谈成了洽的结果。
  A space is like a script, and a commercial space is a play that assesses the box office. Customers will unintentionally accommodate to the space and make harmonious negotiations.

  美是一种认知态度,众的基础之上为美,与基础平行的是认同,之下为丑。实用美学在于有计划的克制,总有一个难以描绘的边界,任何时候都裹挟着创意的尺度,它就像一个临界点,可怕的是这个临界点的两端对市场而言,是对错而不是美丑。
  Aesthetics is a cognitive attitude. Above the popular aesthetics is beauty, parallel is identification, and below is ugliness. Practical aesthetics lies in planned restraint, in  which there is always a boundary that is difficult to describe. The boundary, which always embeds a scale of creativity, is like a critical point. The terrible thing is that,  for the market, the two ends of this critical point are the right and wrong, but notbeautyand ugliness.
