汽车对于汽车爱好者来说,除交通工具外,还可以是一切。因不满足于现有汽车相关空间的单一使用功能,上建下筑工作室(bUd studio)应“The Pit House”之邀,重新打造一个开放互动、功能复合、充满活力的社交实验场所。
For car enthusiasts, cars can be everything except vehicles. Because it is not satisfied with the single use function of the existing car-related space, “bUd studio” should be re-created as an open interactive, functional and dynamic social experiment site with the invitation of “The Pit House”.
希望通过此次设计,无论是车辆清洁、维修保养、赛车改装,还是品牌展示、活动租赁,或是餐饮售卖、朋友聚会,每位汽车爱好者来到此处,都能找其归属,并拥有多重的空间体验。
We hope that through this design, whether it is vehicle cleaning, maintenance, car modification, brand display, event rental, or food and beverage sales, friends gathering, every car enthusiast can come here to find and own Multiple spatial experiences.
本项目位于北京通惠河畔的创意园区内,坐落于两条火车道汇聚的夹角地带,基于场地局限和铁路安全管制,在原建筑红线内进行推翻重建。整个建筑呈L型,由两大体块构成,设计重心在于公共使用区。而公共使用区的构成也简单明确:一个体块为单层建筑体,依次是维修车间、清洗车间、美容车间;另一体块为双层建筑体,首层被大台阶划分成内外功能区,外部为吧台、售卖、展示、休闲等区域,内部为办公、厨房、储物、卫生间等区域;二层则是室内用餐区、洽谈区和室外露台,为使用提供更多的可能性。
The project is located in the creative park on the Tong hui River. It is located in the corner of the two train tracks. It is overthrown and reconstructed in the original building red line based on site limitations and railway safety control. The entire building is L-shaped and consists of two large blocks. The design focuses on the public use area. The composition of the public use area is also simple and clear: one body is a single-storey building, followed by a repair shop, a cleaning shop, and a beauty shop; the other body is a two-storey building, and the first floor is divided into internal and external functional areas by large steps. The exterior is bar, sale, display, leisure, etc. The interior is office, kitchen, storage, bathroom, etc. The second floor is indoor dining area, negotiation area and outdoor terrace, providing more possibilities for use.
三角穿插与红黑配 | triangle power , red and black
场地两侧每二十分钟就呼啸而过一列火车,它的躁动与速度感,在建筑周围自成气场。延续场地的三角形态,二层建筑立面也因朝向考虑而设计为倾斜状,与车间檐口相交,在室外形成檐下空间。建筑的张力与稳固感,尽在交汇和平衡之间呈现。而建筑外立面通体采用压型钢板,以红黑配色,让几抹红在大面积的黑色衬托中格外热烈,其独特的色彩属性匹配了品牌调性,发挥了最大的活力值。
Every two minutes on both sides of the site whizzed past a train. Its sense of swaying and speed was self-contained around the building. Continuing the triangular state of the site, the façade of the second-floor building is also designed to be inclined due to the orientation, intersecting with the shop’s cornice, forming a space under the squat. The tension and firmness of the building are presented between the intersection and the balance. The façade of the building is made of pressed steel plate with red and black color, which makes the blush of red in the large area of black. The unique color attribute matches the brand tonality and exerts the maximum vitality value.
美容车间作为三个车间中跟室内公区连接最紧密的存在,出于对灯光照度、无尘指数、车主等候心理的考量,在设计上呈现通透、明亮、未来感,并给予美容功能同时,也能成为车主的爱车展示空间。
The beauty car workshop is the closest connection to the indoor public area in the three workshops. Due to the consideration of the illumination of the lamp, the dust-free index and the waiting psychology of the owner, the design is transparent, bright and futuristic, and gives the beauty function at the same time. It can also become the car display space for the owner.
大台阶 | Big step
大台阶作为室内公共区的视觉焦点,打破“层”的界限,延伸并连接了首层与二层的功能形态。也明确划分了内外关系,在外部承载了交通、休闲、简餐、展示、储物等功能,满足不同情境下的场景转换。同时在三个平台立面材料处理上,均采用内藏灯带的超白磨砂玻璃,呈现三大发光体块效果,适应不同品牌的展示需求,增加更多的空间互动体验。
