日本冲绳FUSAKI海滩度假村一家全日餐厅

　　位于FUSAKI海滩度假村的「 ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN」，是一间可以在此寻觅世界中的”美味”与”舒适”兼得的国际化全日餐厅。店内总面积1105平方米，主要分为大厅主餐区与休闲观景餐区两部分。
　　Ishigaki Bold Kitchen, located in Fusaki Beach Resort, is an international-style restaurant serving a full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Here, one can discover delicious and exciting flavors from around the world. The 350 tsubo (1 tsubo = roughly 3.3 m2) interior is divided largely into two areas, the dining area and the lounge area.
　　主餐区为了更加近距离感受各种现场烹饪的乐趣，围绕开放式展示厨房配备了相应家具，计划此处为无论昼夜时刻洋溢着活力的布局。展示厨房的上端与窗面等，均配备刻有石垣岛传统木棉织品图案的特色屏风”FEATURE SCREEN”，以不规则的角度组合罗列。不仅仅只为设计的冲击，也是对度假村的理想氛围是以很好的诠释，以及对整体空间营造出压倒性的规模。
　　In the main dining area, furniture has been arranged to surround the show kitchen so that diners can enjoy viewing the live performance of each section of the kitchen from close by. The layout also enables kitchen staff to perform energetically night and day. Wooden feature screens inspired by Minsah weaving, native to Ishigakijima Island, are placed at random angles above the show kitchen and over windows. Not only do the screens impress the viewer with their design, but they also convey a sense of freedom only felt at resorts and an overpowering sense of scale.
