Ishizuka Restaurant is a new addition to Melbourne’s Bourke Street. Led by Acclaimed chef Tomotaka Ishizuka, the eponymous 16-seat dinner opened in January and is currently dishing up distinguished, haute Japanese cuisine—a centuries old style called Kaisek.
